What you'll be doing:
Walking into your centre you'll smile, as the early morning sunshines over our beautiful nature escape. When the door opens,you'll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the communityspirit, while you catch up with your fabulous colleagues and yourspecial little ones. You'll encourage them to grow socially,emotionally while instilling a love for learning. You'll work witha close-knit team of educators, to ensure our children enjoy asafe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You'll maintain highquality programs, manage compliance, and truly engage with ourwonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, you'llwalk out the door (still smiling) knowing the children arecontinuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
You'll be great in this role if you...
* Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care
* Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood orequivalent
* Understand the National Quality Framework & NationalEducation & Care Services Regulations 2012
* Previous experience in children services, developing orimplementing programs for 0-to-5-year-olds.
* Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working withChildren card
