What You'll Do

Reporting to the Lead, Performance & Reward, you will partner with People teams and business stakeholders to deliver compensation and benefits practices aligned to organisational frameworks and local regulatory requirements. This is a hands‐on role focused on operational delivery, governance and stakeholder support, with exposure across salary reviews, job evaluation, benchmarking and benefits administration.

* Provide advice to HR Business Partners and leaders on remuneration, salary packages, job evaluation and benefits.
* Support and execute annual salary, bonus and performance review cycles in line with global processes.
* Maintain job evaluation frameworks, role classifications and internal equity across the organisation.
* Conduct market benchmarking and support remuneration reviews using external data and surveys.
* Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation, awards and remuneration governance requirements.
* Support the delivery and adaptation of benefits programs to align with local market conditions and employee needs.
* Respond to payroll and reward‐related queries, ensuring accurate and consistent outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support effective rollout of reward frameworks and initiatives.

Qualifications

* Experience in compensation and benefits, reward or broader HR with a strong understanding of remuneration processes and frameworks.
* Experience supporting remuneration reviews, job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
* Understanding of Australian employment legislation, awards and reward governance requirements.
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and remuneration insights.
* Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors) and solid Excel capability.
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the business.
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail in a fast‐paced environment.
