Role Overview:
We are seeking a Landscape Construction Manager to join our growing team. This key leadership role involves overseeing projects, developing systems, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimating & Quoting:
* Measure onsite, calculate material quantities, and source materials.
* Manage supplier orders via email and phone.
* Read and interpret plans for accurate material and labor requirements.
Design & Drafting:
* Design in AutoCAD, including layers, viewports, annotations, and dimensions.
* Measure and draft new garden designs and modify existing plans.
Supervising & Project Management:
* Oversee projects onsite, ensuring work aligns with plans and timelines.
* Make critical decisions regarding project direction and act as a leader, motivating and guiding the team.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, such as earthmovers, concrete specialists, and painters, to complete build components.
Training & Development:
* Provide on- and offsite training to employees in garden construction techniques and procedures.
* Support apprentices' development in collaboration with the existing training organisation.
What We're Looking For:

* Proficent in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field.
