Sporting the dual crown of Australia's oldest dairy and Australia's most innovative dairy, Brownes Dairy has an opportunity within our Logistics Department as a Shift Manager in our Distribution Centre.

Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Chilled Distribution Centre (CDC) ensuring our teams are set up for success to deliver on time and in full.
* Review and investigate receivals, picking, replenishment and despatch on a regular basis to improve accuracy and efficiency
* Optimise utilisation of labour through efficient management and equipment use
* Internal and external stakeholder management
* Lead and participate in Health and Safety initiatives
* Monitor and manage the preventative maintenance programme for mobile equipment and other assets
* Ensure the Chilled Distribution Centre achieves targeted efficiencies
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Experience in multi-site warehousing with FMCG products
* Strong experience using Warehouse Management Computer Systems
* Proven experience in a leadership role
