Intensive Care Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Nurse to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated competencies in providing nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
* Clinical Expertise:
* Ability to provide person-centered nursing care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team
* Effective clinical communication through information technology, written, verbal means, and interpersonal skills
* Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualized person-centered care with a commitment to quality improvement
* Supervision, delegation, and negotiation skills with a willingness to lead and embrace change
* Recent clinical experience relevant to the position and evidence of ongoing professional development
* Ability to prioritize and organize workload with integrity and accountability
