Our Community Mental Health (CMH) Team is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where staff are empowered to thrive.

In this role, you'll provide comprehensive mental health assessments, develop and implement recovery-oriented treatment plans, and support consumers through intervention, referral, and discharge planning. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a vital role in delivering short-term, intensive care while ensuring continuity and coordination across services.

You'll actively engage with consumers, their families, and support networks, providing education, advocacy, and guidance, while building strong partnerships with GPs, community organisations, and other mental health services.

With a 7-day rotating roster and a strong focus on teamwork and clinical excellence, you'll be supported to grow your skills while making a real impact.

Being a pool clinician is unique! You will be filling a vacancy in the team listed; as other vacancies arise throughout our service you may be required to transfer into another position and share your skills within our service.

You will be based at Bankstown, however future opportunities may also present at Ingleburn, Campbelltown, Ambarvale, Liverpool, Fairfield and Wollondilly based mental health services.
