About the Role
As a Rental Operations Agent, you will be involved in all aspects of the business, interacting with customers at the counter, processing rentals, inspecting vehicles, and assisting with vehicle cleaning.
What You'll Do
* Interact with customers face to face, promoting the brand.
* Complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
* Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles according to company standards.
* Inspect vehicles for damages that occurred during previous rentals.
What We're Looking For
* Full and valid driver's licence.
* Availability to work days, weekends, nights, and other shifts.
* Experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
* Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to input rental information accurately.
