The Friends of the Busselton Cultural Precinct are seeking an organised, proactive and people‐friendly volunteer to help coordinate small events, manage shared resources, and support the smooth running of activities across the Cultural Precinct. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys planning, communicating and helping creative projects come to life.
What You'll Do
* Assist with planning and coordinating small events, gatherings and precinct activities
* Liaise with precinct groups, artists and partners to gather event details and updates
* Manage shared resources and information, such as event materials, documents and equipment lists
* Keep simple records of bookings, resources and event needs
* Support committee members by ensuring information is organised and easy to access
* Help promote events by passing details to the Social Media Officer or sharing through networks
* Contribute ideas to help activate the precinct and strengthen community engagement
