An exciting chance for a Fraud Officer to grow within the bank and gain continuous development. The incumbent will be responsible for the fraud line call centre so all calls will be in relation to fraud. The incumbent must have strong communication skills both verbal and written and a polite phone manner to investigate and problem solve.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answering calls in relation to Fraud
- Escalations in relation to Fraud,
- Detecting Fraud cases,
- Admin work,
- Data entry
- Processing.
**About You**
- Must have clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally worked in a bank with 2 years' experience within financial services or banking
- Will need to be a team player and have the eagerness to learn new skills.
