This is your opportunity to lead, influence, and grow a national Relationship Management function that enables our care coordination and industry partners to empower older Australians to live independently at home for longer.
Lead a key function that powers Trilogy's expansion and industry leadership. You will act as the trusted voice of the partner both across our organisation and throughout the sector. With access to data, systems, and senior leadership backing, you will take ownership for:
* Building and leading a high-performing Relationship team.
* Embedding Trilogy's values of Value, Choice, and Make it Easy through every partner interaction.
* Developing strategy and structures that make Trilogy the most compelling partner for industry collaboration.
* Driving deeper engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes from our national partner network
What You'll Drive
* Client growth via Trilogy's care coordinator and service provider relationships.
* Systems and processes that strengthen our role as a trusted contributor to partner success.
* A communication and engagement framework that keeps partners informed and connected to our mission.
* Partner enablement through training, support materials, and service insights.
* Cross-functional collaboration with Care, Clinical, Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Finance.
* Continuous improvement initiatives that remove friction and deliver measurable partner value.
* Contribution to referral growth, retention, and revenue performance, backed by clear KPIs and analytics.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum two years' experience leading or managing a team.
* Strong background in account management, business development, or direct sales (B2B or B2C).
* Commercial mindset with a record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
* High-level relationship and communication skills with the ability to build and sustain partnerships.
* Data discipline with ability to interpret and act on KPIs and performance trends.
* Experience within aged care, health, or a related sector may be an advantage but not compulsory.
* A proactive, self-directed approach, comfortable in a fun, fast-paced and growth-focused environment.
