Auto Classic Motorcycles is Western Australia's exclusive BMW Motorrad dealer, representing one of the world's most respected motorcycle brands alongside a quality range of pre-owned motorcycles. Currently operating from our temporary Osborne Park facility, we are preparing for an exciting future with a brand-new BMW Motorrad dealership currently under development. This state-of-the-art facility will provide an outstanding environment for both our customers and team members. Whether you are an experienced motorcycle professional or looking to build a career in the industry, comprehensive training and support will be provided through BMW Motorrad Australia. This is an opportunity to help people "Make Life a Ride" by connecting them with their dream motorcycle and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Building rapport and developing strong customer relationships.
* Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
* Assisting customers with new and pre-owned motorcycle enquiries.
* Working collaboratively with our Sales, Service and Parts & Accessories teams.
* Representing the BMW Motorrad brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Maintaining a positive and proactive approach to all aspects of the role.
The Successful Applicant Will Possess
* A current R-Class motorcycle licence (essential).
* A passion for motorcycles and riding culture.
* Strong knowledge of different motorcycle types and their applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A professional, honest and well-presented manner.
* A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
