Project Coordinator Role
This position involves overseeing and delivering assigned infrastructure projects related to roads, footpaths, cycleways, traffic facilities, bridge maintenance, and renewals.
About the Position
* Managing contractors and day labour staff to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design specifications, safety protocols, environmental regulations, and timeliness objectives.
* Preparing and evaluating tender documentation in compliance with relevant legislation.
* Developing Project Management Plans for each project to be undertaken.
* Contract management and site supervision to guarantee that projects are delivered within the defined scope, budget, and timeframe.
* Reporting on progress against the Project Management Plan on a regular basis.
About You
* Degree or tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Comprehensive experience in the application of various project management methodologies in the delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
* Proficiency in using specialized software such as databases, CAD applications, computer mapping applications, and project management tools.
* A valid Driver's licence and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) certification.
