Responsibilities

* Provide support and assistance in a range of administrative functions across various areas at Dame Phyllis Frost Centre (DPFC)
* Casual positions available within Corrections Victoria
* VPS Grade 2: $60,295 - $77,430 plus superannuation
* Justice Officers may be rotated between streams (Records/Property, Human Resources, Finance/Stores and Administration) to provide career enhancement opportunities and operational flexibility
* Some duties include maintaining accurate records, providing routine advice to staff, management, clients and stakeholders; performing data entry; collecting statistical information, analysing and preparing reports

Justice Officers may be rotated between streams to provide career enhancement opportunities to those staff, and operational flexibility to the prison.

This position will require direct prisoner contact and may involve weekend and public holiday work, remunerated in accordance with the applicable provision of the VPS Determination.


About You

As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

* Well-developed computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems and software with ease.
* Good knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
* Experience in data entry and/or records management.
* Ability to analyse and interpret information, undertake research and prepare reports and correspondence.
