The Role
We are looking for an Administration Officer to work closely with our Administration and Corporate Services Team.
* Customer Service (Including all incoming and outgoing calls)
* Student Management and data entry
* Assisting learners through the enrolment process including collection of paperwork and evidence
* Support trainers with student enquiries
* Assistance with uploading content and resources to our Learning Management System
* Ordering of training resources for schools and trainers
* Provide overall administration support to training team
* Other duties as required
About You
* RTO experience is ideal but not essential.
* Experience within Business Administration
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Strong computer skills
* High attention to detail
* Able to problem solve and work independently
* A high level of initiative
