Job Responsibilities:

Klose's IGA Mannum seeks a full‐time assistant manager/duty manager to support overall store operations.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist the Store Manager in leading a customer‐focused retail staff team

* Oversee stock control and inventory management
* Coordinate staff scheduling and rostering
* Handle cash and banking procedures
* Support merchandising and promotional activities
* Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence
Qualifications:
* Experience in retail management or supervisory role, ideally within a supermarket

Job Responsibilities:
* Cut, trim, and prepare meats to customers' specifications
* Provide product recommendations and share knowledge about meats
* Maintain a clean, organised butchery area with strict food‐safety standards
* Assist with receiving, storage, and stock control of meat deliveries
* Participate in team meetings and initiatives to support store success
Qualifications:
* Formal qualification in butchery or equivalent experience
