As a Compliance & Assurance Officer in Client Services team you'll:
* Maintain staff training records, onboarding compliance, and client documentation to meet organisational and regulatory requirements.
* Support compliance systems, including data entry, reporting, audits, and ensuring accurate, up‐to‐date information and data integrity.
* Assist with monitoring compliance status, following up outstanding requirements, and supporting audit preparation and reviews.
* Collaborate with internal teams to promote compliance awareness, respond to queries, and support safe, effective service delivery.
What you'll bring
* Strong understanding of organisational policies, procedures, and external regulatory frameworks, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
* Experience in risk management, including health, safety, safeguarding, and service delivery risks.
* Highly developed organisational, problem‐solving, and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and meet KPIs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building relationships and supporting service development for people with diverse needs.
