Job Description:
The Training and Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering competency programs under the Defence-mandated contract. This includes managing all operational training requirements, site-specific training, and ongoing professional development activities across various functions.
This role ensures that Contractor personnel meet mandatory training compliance and possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely and effectively. It also supports onboarding initiatives by monitoring training records, identifying gaps, and collaborating with managers to upskill teams in line with Defence and contractual obligations.
