Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for a Public Relations Account Coordinator. The role involves developing media materials and pitching, influencer programs, social media content, fostering positive relationships with clients, media, influencers and other stakeholders, and supporting the execution of PR campaigns. The Coordinator will assist in developing strategies to enhance brand visibility and manage day-to-day internal and external communications efforts.
Qualifications
* Strong Public Relations and Media Relations interest, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in creating and distributing well-crafted Press Releases and other media materials.
* Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including exceptional attention to detail.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for developing creative, impactful campaigns and strategies to support client objectives.
* A strong understanding of the social media landscape and what it takes to create content that gets noticed.
* A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience in PR or agency settings is a plus, but entry-level applicants with internships or relevant experience will be considered.
