Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts
* Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations
* Dispensary inventory management and order processing
* Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions
* Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants
* Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice
Qualifications
* Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration
* Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Commercially-astute with business acumen experience and attention-to-detail skills
* Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills
