National leading Security Integrator with an exciting opportunity to join a close knit team as a Project Manager in Melbourne.
Role
* Responsible for the full cycle of the Project from planning and inception to commissioning and handover.
* Managing multiple projects ranging from Minor to Major Works
* Work with sales team to define the project scope.
* Lead and manage the Project Team
* Agree contract terms, costings and manage suppliers/sub contractors
* Manage the productivity of the site labour team weekly and provide labour forecasts each month to make sure targets are met
* Report into Construction Manager
* Sign Correspondence, ITP's, Checklists and documentation relevant to quality, safety and program
Candidate
* Must have a proven track record of managing multiple projects at once
* Minimum of 5 years experience in the Security Industry - Managing CCTV and Access Control Projects or else a strong Construction/Electrical background with Tier 1 exposure
* Experience in the planning and implementation of site related health and safety requirements
* Experience in the use of word processors, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications and financial processing data bases
* Accountable, motivated and reliable and a team player
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
* Good industry awareness and understands market trends and the operating environment
