Hayfields Racing, based at Pakenham, Victoria, is seeking a high-calibre individual for a hands-on leadership role in our racing stable. The successful candidate will supervise daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure the health and fitness of the horses.
Candidates should have proven experience in a senior stable role, strong organizational skills, and be confident communicators. An offsite accommodation and car are provided. Salary ranges between $80k and $90k depending on experience.
