Cloud Sales Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual to play an integral role in developing our Cloud Provider ecosystem and contribute to a growing team.
The role involves establishing, developing, and maintaining effective relationships with key VMware Cloud Providers to drive consumption and accelerate growth through each provider, meeting sales and business plan targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Adoption of VMware Solutions: Drive adoption of VMware solutions, services, and technologies that will drive revenue and alignment with VMware vision and strategy.
* Leverage Extended Teams: Leverage VMware extended teams for sales, marketing, technical, and legal to accelerate the business.
* Deliver Joint Pipeline: Deliver joint VMware/provider pipeline from demand generation to close, utilizing provider and field sales teams. Plan, forecast, and execute on pipeline goals to ensure provider revenue attainment.
* Develop Partner Services Offerings: Develop partner services offerings and solutions to support VMware revenue growth and increase provider profitability, focusing on advanced technologies.
Success Metrics:
* Within 30 days: Establish relationship and cadence with key cloud providers and VMware stakeholders.
* Within 90 days: Have a sales strategy and execution plan for your assigned territory at 125% of target.
* Within 120 days: Close at least 3 new opportunities with a provider and build 5X pipeline.
* Within 180 days: Progress existing opportunities with providers, VMware sales teams.
