Job Overview
Gold Coast Private Hospital seeks an experienced professional to deliver exceptional customer service in our consulting and sessional suites on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Lead the day-to-day efficient and safe running of the Consulting Suites
* Build relationships with VMOs and their staff
* Ensure services are provided to VMOs in a timely manner and with excellent customer service
* Accountability for staffing, recruiting, onboarding and training
* Service provision to tenants (permanent and sessional) and management of written tenancy agreements and licences
* Lead, coach and develop Administration Officer team members, furthering a high-performing team
Qualifications and Skills Required:
* Proven business development/practice manager experience within a medical clinic/hospital
* Demonstrated ability to manage high level conflict with professionalism, sound judgement & effective de-escalation strategies
* Advanced IT skills
* Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment with competing priorities
* Able to establish professional working relationships with VMOs
