The Role
We are seeking an empathetic female Disability Support Worker to provide intermittent catheterisation support and personal care for a female NDIS participant. This is an ongoing role with flexible scheduling to suit both the participant and the support worker.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the participant with intermittent catheterisation in line with their care plan
* Providing personal care and supporting daily routines
* Ensuring participant safety, dignity, and comfort at all times
* Documenting care and reporting changes in participant needs
* Collaborating with families and the Beyond Health Services team to deliver consistent, person-centred support
About You
You are a patient, empathetic, and organised individual with:
* Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
* Competency and refresher training in intermittent catheterisation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly, respectful, and non-judgmental approach
* Completed a certificate III or above in Disability, Individual support, Aged Care or equivalent
NDIS Compliance
You will need the following (or be willing to obtain):
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Police Check
* Working with Children Check
