Job Title: Procurement and Sales Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Procurement and Sales Specialist. This role is responsible for providing pre and post-sales support, creating quotations for IT equipment and services, processing client sales orders and associated billing, assisting clients with sales order and quote enquiries, maintaining product and service price lists, engaging with new clients to get all of their details into our systems, helping with the client onboarding process, making them feel welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-level customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Creating accurate quotations and sales orders.
* Processing invoices and managing billing.
* Maintaining product and service price lists.
* Engaging with new clients and helping with the onboarding process.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and procurement roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office365 suite.
* Class C driver's license and reliable vehicle.
* Western Australian police clearance certificate.
