About the role
A high-growth performance marketing agency is on the lookout for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to take ownership of affiliate strategy and partnerships across a portfolio of leading brands. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving scalable revenue growth by building, managing, and optimising relationships with partners in the affiliate ecosystem.

What you will be doing
We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our growing agency and play a key role in driving performance for our clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and scaling affiliate marketing programmes across a portfolio of eCommerce brands, building strong relationships with partners to deliver high-quality traffic and conversions. You'll oversee day‐to‐day programme optimisation, identify new growth opportunities, negotiate and ensure campaigns are tracked, analysed, and continuously improved. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organised, and confident working in a fast‐paced environment where performance and results are at the centre of everything.
What you need to have
* Experience in affiliate marketing (agency experience preferred)
* Strong understanding of how affiliate programmes and partnerships operate
* Confident working with data and performance metrics (e.g. CPA, ROAS, AOV, conversion rates)
* Experience using affiliate networks or tracking platforms (e.g. Awin, Rakuten, Silverbean, Partnerize, or similar)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise campaigns based on performance insights
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast‐paced environment
* Commercial mindset with a focus on driving growth and results
