* Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
* Manage bookings and customer requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
* Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates and customer retention.
* Accurately record and process customer interactions using relevant CRM and booking systems.
