Job Title
Digital Sales Executive sought to spearhead software sales within the learning and development or HR or compliance space.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Proactively reaching out to new business prospects to discuss our comprehensive Learning Suite, including My Compliance Management tool.
* Utilizing automation to engage with prospects across multiple channels (LinkedIn/Calls/Emails).
* Developing expertise in demonstrating My Compliance Manager.
* Ensuring seamless handovers to the projects team upon successful sales.
* Maintaining exceptional Salesforce hygiene.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience in selling software digitally, ideally within the aforementioned sectors.
* A deep understanding of the compliance landscape.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to constant growth.
* A strong grasp of business processes and practices, particularly around employee development and training.
* Excellent communication skills, enabling rapport-building at all organizational levels.
