Job Title: Maintenance Planner
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for developing short- and long-term maintenance plans for our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Maintenance Plans: Collaborate with our Engineering and Production teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment reliability and performance.
* Implement Maintenance Strategies: Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies that align with our business objectives.
* Manage Shutdowns: Plan and execute major plant and annual shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations and meeting all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications (Mechanical or Electrical desirable).
* Experience: 1-2 years' experience in a Planner/Supervisor role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Skills: Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and strong analytical skills.
