The Role
This is a casual role centred around providing exceptional service and supporting our senior baristas.
We need people who:
Love People: You genuinely enjoy chatting with regulars, helping tourists, and providing friendly, attentive service.
Love Coffee: You are eager to learn the art of the pour, understand the grind, and respect the bean.
Are Reliable: You show up on time, ready to work hard and contribute positively to the team environment.
Are Quick Learners: You'll be trained in our specific procedures for customer service, minor food preparation, and maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness.
Day-to-day tasks will include:
Greeting customers with enthusiasm.
Taking orders accurately and handling transactions.
Preparing simple items and keeping display cases stocked.
Maintaining a spotless, organized workspace (our coffee bar is our sanctuary).
Learning basic coffee preparation and assisting the Barista team.
