We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our Manufacturing team. This is a hands‐on role where you'll split your time between the factory floor and quality systems, ensuring our modular buildings are delivered to the highest standards.
This opportunity will suit someone with a strong construction or manufacturing background who enjoys improving processes, identifying issues before they become problems, and working closely with operational teams to drive quality outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
* Designing and improving quality standards, procedures and systems
* Conducting factory inspections and ensuring builds meet specifications
* Monitoring non‐conformances and implementing corrective actions
* Working closely with manufacturing teams to improve quality outcomes
