Job Title: IT Support Officer
This is a critical role that involves delivering exceptional support services to students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals
* Provide level 1 user support via various communication channels
* Manage the IT helpdesk and respond to requests in a timely manner
* Set up and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for events
* Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking and audio-visual systems
* Participate in project work as directed by management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* General knowledge of computing hardware and software
* Familiarity with Windows and Apple operating systems
* Competent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365
* Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and Wi-Fi principles
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently
* Organized approach to tasks and projects
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for campus travel
