The Role:
Due to continued growth, the Vlachoulis Team is expanding and seeking a Sales Associate to join its Eastern Suburbs office in Dulwich. This role is suited to someone looking to take the next step in their sales career and grow within a high-performing team.
You will gain hands-on experience across residential sales campaigns while benefiting from structured, on-the-job training and ongoing support, working alongside some of Adelaide's leading real estate professionals.
About You:
You'll play an important role supporting residential sales campaigns, assisting with client communication, property preparation, open inspections, and day-to-day team operations.
You bring:
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office systems
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities :
Prospect for new business and generate leads via calls, doorknocking and letterbox drops
Supporting lead agent with property appraisals and sales campaigns
Manage and maintain CRM databases with accurate client information
Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
Attend open inspections, private inspections and community networking events, including pre-market events for properties
Achieve and report on KPI targets
Participating in training sessions to continually develop your skills
Must have a real estate licence
