Role Overview
InVeris Training Solutions is seeking applicants for the role of Logistics Support located in Albury-Wodonga. This role will require the applicant to coordinate Stocktakes across several locations around Australia.

Education and Qualifications:
* One or more qualifications in Logistics and/or Warehousing.
Key skill sets required:
· Ability to multitask in a high tempo team environment.
· High level of written and oral communication skills.
· High attention to detail.
· Efficiently managing workload within deadlines.
· ADF Logistics background highly desired.
· Ideally two or more years' experience using MILIS/ERP in a Defence related role.
Primary Duties:
· Raising, maintaining, acquitting Stocktakes, for stores and equipment in SAP S/4HANA and in accordance with business procedures.
· Assist in the Stocktaking of equipment as directed.
· Adhere to internal Compliance Procedures.
· Update/manage BC365 inventory items.
· Working with Finance, manage inventory Stocktakes in BC365.
· Comply with relevant Commonwealth Policies and Procedures.
· Ordering Stationary for external facilities.
· Liaison with WTSS sites.
· Liaison with ADF.
Additional Requirements:
· Driver's license.
· Successful applicants must be able to attain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
