**About the Role**
We are seeking reliable and flexible workers to assist with various tasks in our farm fields. The role involves packing, sorting, planting and harvesting vegetables in the Katherine NT area.
**Key Responsibilities**
Assist with daily farm duties, including harvesting, cleaning and sorting produce
Candidate must be available Monday to Friday, with potential for extra weekend work as needed by management
Varying early starts may apply (between 00:*****:00) depending on crops/products readiness and management requirements during high temperature days
**Requirements**
Must be physically fit and able to lift regular weights of 6-12kg
Ability to follow instructions, attention to detail and good eyesight required
Previous physical outdoor activities or lifestyle habits highly regarded
Able to work in a team environment and adhere to company QA and OH&S requirements
**Benefits**
No public transport is available to the farms so candidates must have the ability to travel to, or reside in the Katherine area or surrounds
**Working Conditions**
The majority of work will be outdoors, which can be cold & wet or hot & dirty. A range of weather conditions are expected.
Candidates must be willing to undertake all other onsite general farm duties as instructed
Applicants must be available from early February **** to December ****.
