From coordinating court documents and preparing briefs, to managing billing cycles, travel and client communication, you'll be a trusted support across fast-paced, high-stakes matters.
With exposure to a wide variety of disputes, every day brings new challenges and the chance to sharpen your skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDiary & meeting coordination, along with travel arrangementsDrafting, amending & managing litigation documents & briefsBilling, expenses & credit card reconciliationFile management, including compliance with cost agreement policiesLiaising with clients, stakeholders & internal teamsSupporting team operations, meetings & eventsThe RequirementsTo be super successful in this role, you'll bring prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, ideally within Litigation or Disputes.
Robust organisation, attention to detail and confidence managing competing deadlines will be essential.
You'll also be proactive, adaptable and comfortable collaborating across teams.Excellent communication skills, initiative, and solid technical ability across MS Office, billing and legal systems are all a must.
