Role Summary
The role of Assistant Producer is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and passionate individual to join our dynamic team at Nova Entertainment. As a key member of the Nathan, Nat & Shaun breakfast show team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the show on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Executive Producer and wider show team to prepare daily prep sheets and rundowns.
* Manage studio phones and listener calls, ensuring that all interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner.
* Research guests, topics, and talking points to ensure that the show remains engaging and relevant.
* Coordinate guest arrivals, interviews, and OBs to ensure seamless execution.
* Write summaries and notes for podcasts and social media to maximize audience engagement.
* Support the team during live broadcasts and stunts, providing expert assistance when needed.
* Help develop and deliver key show segments and story arcs to drive ratings and engagement.
