About the Role:
* Be the assistant coordinator!
* You'll receive extensive training and supportive environment.
* Support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
* Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools.
* Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
* Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
* Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
* Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
* Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM 2:45 PM to 6:30 PM + 2 Weekly administration Hours
Experience and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
* Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Employee Working with Children’s Check valid in the relevant state.
