This is an opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to join a respected consultancy with a strong pipeline of civil and infrastructure work across Queensland. You'll be part of a highly capable team delivering a variety of projects across urban development and civil infrastructure, taking ownership of design, client engagement, and mentoring of junior engineers. About You
* Degree qualified Civil Engineer with 5+ years' consulting experience in Australia
* Strong technical design skills using 12d, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
* Proven capability in managing civil infrastructure or land development projects
* RPEQ or working towards registration (highly regarded)
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Collaborative mindset with a hands-on approach to project delivery
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the delivery of projects from concept design through to construction phase
* Prepare design documentation and technical reports in line with Australian Standards
* Contribute to project programming, budgets, and deliverables
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development
