We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Trainee to join our Wagga Wagga branch. This role includes participation in a rotating Saturday roster, typically 1–3 Saturdays per month depending on staffing levels.
What your Day to Day will look like:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top–tier service and support.
* Build relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
* Assist with general branch support and administration.
* Collaborate with other team members to streamline customer experience and improve sales processes.
