Ventia is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Store Service Attendant (Retail Assistant) to join our team in Campbell, ACT. In this role, you will report to the Site Lead and play a key part in the storage and distribution of Defence Force clothing to serving Defence personnel. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, either independently or as part of a team, where you will perform a variety of customer support and back office tasks.

Key Responsibilities
6. Receive and deliver goods in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Oversee day‐to‐day workflow: receiving, scanning, sorting, and organizing goods on shelves.
8. Assist customers with stock location and progress inquiries.
9. Provide over‐the‐counter customer service.
10. Support regular stock takes and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
11. Use the computer system to track stock quantities and locations.
Skills And Experience
12. Prior experience as a store or warehouse attendant is highly desirable.
13. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
14. A team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
15. Intermediate computer skills (proficiency in spreadsheets and applications).
16. Must be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance and be an Australian Citizen.
