The Role
We’re looking for a warm, organised, and forward-thinking Administration Services Manager to lead our guest services team and help shape the heart of the Cupitt’s experience. This is a key leadership role in our fast-paced wine, tourism, and hospitality business — ideal for someone who thrives on delivering joyful guest experiences and finding better ways to do things every day.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing front desk operations and all admin touchpoints
* Supporting guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
* Leading and developing a small, passionate customer service team
* Collaborating with all departments to keep the business running smoothly
* Contributing to strategic goals, identifying areas for improvement, and rolling up your sleeves to make them happen
* Managing our booking systems with confidence and continuously refining processes to improve the guest experience and team efficiency
