About the role
The Chef is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards in quality of services and food production.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in commercial cooking or other relevant trade certificate or relevant years experience
* Experience in bulk cooking and food preparation
* Working knowledge of the HACCP principles food safety standards and regulations
* Strong leadership & communication skills
* Ability to order stock and maintain budget
* Commitment to continuing professional development
