We're currently seeking a passionate and driven Workshop Team Leader for our Automotive Service Centre in Myaree. As a Workshop Team Leader you'll manage and motivate a dedicated group of technical experts, ensuring daily operations run seamlessly in a safe, supportive environment, while being directly involved in quality checks, fault diagnostics and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the workshop team in the Myaree centre.
• Ensure daily operations run seamlessly in a safe, supportive environment.
• Directly involve in quality checks, fault diagnostics and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
* Licensed Automotive Technician: C‐Class Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Repairer's License
* Comprehensive background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
* Proven capacity to motivate and mentor a diverse team
* Strong organisational skills – capable of prioritising tasks, managing workload, and resolving conflicts
