Join us as a Facilities Manager in the Infrastructure business unit reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager.
As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the operational delivery of maintenance and compliance across a diverse property portfolio, including offices, industrial, hospitality, and infrastructure sites. You'll manage service contracts, planned preventative maintenance, and contractor performance, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves budget oversight, lifecycle planning, capital works coordination, and stakeholder engagement to minimise disruption and optimise asset performance. You'll also support procurement, reporting, emergency planning, and provide technical advice to the Senior Facilities Manager.

* You're an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong grasp of building systems, maintenance practices, and operational delivery.
* You're tech-savvy or keen to learn facility management software, enterprise asset management systems (EAMS), and data tools.
* You understand health, safety, and environmental regulations and how they apply in a corporate setting.
* You're customer-focused and thrive on building strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
* You're organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling priorities.
* You bring a continuous improvement mindset and love finding smart, efficient ways to solve problems.
