Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the annual digital content (including podcasts) and social media strategies that supports the strategic priorities of eHealth NSW.
* Manage the eHealth NSW social media channels, producing and publishing engaging content to promote the eHealth NSW brand and business objectives.
* Develop and lead the digital content calendar and collaborate with colleagues across the Communications Services team.
* Produce high quality written content for all our digital channels that meets all standards and is optimised for web.
* Use analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of content across social media and other digital channels to inform continuous improvement and future strategies.
* Provide advice and guidance on best practice digital content production.
* Provide team leadership and coaching of direct reports.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who have the following skills :
* Significant professional experience in leading and developing compelling social media, video, and other content for a variety of channels. Preferably in a NSW Government Department or a large organisation.
* Experience in social media, channel development and rollout with demonstrated skills in content production, content generation and distribution technology.
* Highly developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders within a complex environment.

* To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).
* All NSW Health workers are required to have received 2 doses of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine or have an approved medical contraindication certificate. You will be required to show proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status prior to securing this role. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
