The Human Resources Business Partner is a trusted advisor to senior leaders, responsible for aligning human capital plans with operational goals and values.
1. Partner with senior leaders to implement strategic workforce plans that align with business objectives and values;
2. Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing teams through capability development, engagement, and change management initiatives;
3. Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring procedural fairness and compliance with employment laws and regulations;
4. Collaborate with the Workplace Relations Manager on industrial relations matters, including award and agreement interpretation;
5. Use HR data and insights to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for cultural, capability, and performance improvement;
6. Contribute to organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives;
7. Support initiatives that enhance inclusion, wellbeing, and psychological safety;
8. Collaborate across HR functions to deliver integrated people solutions;
9. Drive continuous improvement in HR practices, standards, and systems that elevate the employee experience.

Key qualifications
