This role requires a strong leader to manage and develop a high-performing team.
The Store Manager is accountable for daily operations, driving results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets. They lead stocktake processes, coach the team, and create a positive, customer-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive store performance and efficiency
* Report directly to the Regional Manager
* Develop a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and building skills
Requirements:
* Leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff)
* Strong communication and team leadership skills
* Attention to detail and visual merchandising standards
* Solid computer and system skills
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
