Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of domestic services staff to deliver exceptional service to patients and the community.

* Develop and implement effective rostering and resource management strategies to ensure optimal use of staff and resources.

* Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.

* Manage performance and conduct regular appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in management and supervision, preferably in a healthcare setting.

* Strong knowledge of infection control principles and practices.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
