Job Description
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming customers and guiding them to suitable banking solutions, both in‐person and over the phone. You will manage customer accounts, perform transactions with accuracy, and refer complex needs to specialised teams.
Qualifications
* Customer service and sales experience, ideally with phone‐based roles and target‐driven work.
* Resilience and composure when handling challenging situations.
* Comfortable pursuing sales or referral targets and calling customers over the phone.
* Numerical capability, cash handling and accurate transaction processing.
* Energetic personality and genuine passion for helping people.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
